[one-fourth]Originally BCF was established in 1997 as an Unregistered Forum, by few innovative residents in Newcastle Australia. Sadly, later few unfortunate events led some community members to Walk out of BCF .. But that didn’t Stop BCF on its march towards its Aim – to create Friendship & Co-operation among Bangladeshi Residents on the basis of their rich unique Bangladeshi Cultural Heritage & thus, to make a strong Bangladeshi Ethnic Community in Vibrant Multi-cultured Australia.[/one-fourth]
[one-fourth]BCF successfully staged many varieties program including ‘Natok’ (Drama), Outdoor ‘Picnic’, ‘Eid Anando Mela’ Ifter Party’, ‘Islamic Education & Awareness ‘ Discussions & regular Programs on Bangladesh National Events like Independence day, Victory day etc.[/one-fourth]
[one-fourth]Presently BCF Hunter has an Steering Body with an official Coordinator. Programs are funded & carried out with voluntary participation from Community Members.[/one-fourth]
